Due to the nature of the business unfortunately we do not provide cash refunds or email money transfer back. If you required a refund of some sort we can only provide in store credit via gift card refund at this point. We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding. Please bear with us that some of the popular items might sale out very quickly but we will try our best to subsidize the out-of-stock item with the same value or same quality product upon your approval.
Use of Gizmo Crafts gift card constitutes acceptance of the card terms and conditions. Gift card contains value which may only be used to purchase goods. Card will not be replaced if card is lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift card may not be redeemed for cash.
This is to bring to our value customers new notice that Effective January 25, 2021 Gizmo Crafts will be changing its shipping and mailing out policy. Please take a moment to see our FAQ page for more detailed information.
Customers please double check shipping address before finishing at check out. Gizmo Crafts will no longer reimburse or resend packages that are deemed invalid or incomplete addresses. Please ensure that your unit or apartment number is included in the mailing address. If your billing address is not your shipping address please revise your profile and make the correct changes.
If Canada Post has misdelivered your package to a wrong address or its being rerouted to the sender due to Canada Post’s error then Gizmo crafts will resend one more time. Please note we will only resend once if package is not delivered. IF the second attempt of delivery is the same result of the first, we will no longer be responsible for resending the third time nor following up with lost package with Canada Post.
We do not and can not ship outside of Canada. We are here to deliver premium cannabis products from local Canadians members
If you order and send payment before 11am PST, it Will ship the on the SAME Business day, after that will be NEXT Business day.
If you pay for your order on Friday after 11am PST, Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped the following Monday.

Canada Post has an internal scanning system that generates tracking info. There are sometimes delays or items can miss scans. Although generally, packages arrive within a day or two after their estimated delivery date. Sometimes Canada Post dont even scan the product until reached its destination. We will try our best to help and support the issues.
Your order should arrive no more than 2-3 business days from the estimated.we will open an investigation with Canada Post to try and locate the package. If the parcel is deemed lost or stolen AFTER the investigation (Investigation takes 10 business days) then we replace it for free ONCE . No refunds will be issued. Please be patient with us as we do this. We want you to get your package!
There are 3 likely scenarios as to why this is happening:
a) the postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, OR
b) what may happen is that a worker will scan all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.
c) Possible put it at the side door of the resident unit depend on your location and area
If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s going to the wrong city, it’s could most likely due to human error at Canada Post.
Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routeing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.
If it is an error mistake on our part (wrong address), we will send out a replacement order ASAP, at no cost to you.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you before it has been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website. Therefore please kindly wait 24 hours and the tracking should be correct. If it does not, please email us and we are more then happy to help our client.
